Marrying a great guy and becoming a mom

Making sure my kids get through their teen-age years with less turbulence than I created
What are your favorite non-family related things to do in your free time?
“Girl’s weekends” with friends, sailing & book club

Having friends & family who make you smile

What are your most vivid memories of your days in Ridgewood?
My memories are more foggy than vivid because of all the parties but, Walking to Sealfon’s for penny candy during study hall (or maybe during class) Cutting school to go to Brew Burger & a concert at Madison Square Garden Hitchhiking back & forth down Maple Avenue out of boredom
What achievement or activity are you most proud of in your life?
Becoming a school counselor and (hopefully) having a positive impact on thousands of kids throughout the years
What single piece of wisdom would you like to leave for the next generation?
Recognize what you’re passionate about in life and let it lead you to your vocation

I went from one side of the counselor’s desk to the other
