How would you best describe your idea of "being successful?"
Being healthy, happy, having loving relationships, doing work that you love, and giving back to the world with gratitude.
What are your most vivid memories of your days in Ridgewood?
American Studies, Hanging out in the art room with Mrs Mahoney, Waiting for Godot, Domestic Exchange in Maine, graduation with all of those long white dresses and red roses. Feeling like we were attending a HS that was much like an ivy league college.
What achievement or activity are you most proud of in your life?
Being featured in an article (with my picture) in New York Magazine called "Meet the New Super Chiropractors."
Being invited to be Commencement Speaker at New York Chiropractic College this year, 18 years after I graduated.
What single piece of wisdom would you like to leave for the next generation?
Life is beautiful
